Body: Solid Basswood. Basswood is a soft wood with tight grains. The softness of basswood provides a smoothing and dampening of the sharp highs. Being a lighter weight has definite benefits if standing for a long time. Basswood doesn't resonate the deep sub-lows and as a result leaves the midtones pronounced.

Neck: Maple. Maple is easily the most commonly used guitar neck wood. Its uniform grain,gives it strength and stability and makes it less prone to changes in temperature and humidity. Maple is considered highly reflective which means the sound is focused more on the body wood.

Fingerboard: Rosewood. Rosewood is the most commonly used wood for fretboards. As the fretboard see frequent touching the naturally oily Rosewood handles this well. It is generally considered to provide a rich sound and the oily natures tends to absorb any stray overtones.
